If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you use them and be sure to also read the label before use. Cancelling an order before despatch

If you cancel part of an order the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the goods you keep.
To return an item or request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the goods, with your order / invoice number. Items must be returned in there original packaging and in an unused state. Any products which are found to be used, unless faulty will not be returnable.
Upon receipt of returned goods or cancellation of an order a refund will be made via the payment method that was used to make the original purchase i.e. via Sage Pay for website orders or refunded direct to your card for telephone orders unless otherwise specified.
