AGlaze Covid-19 response

Rest assured,  everyone at  AGlaze  is taking the current situation with Covid-19 very seriously. The safety and well being of our team, our customers and our suppliers are our top priority at this exceptional and uncertain time.  We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting areas – these are done daily and we will no longer be signing any electronic delivery devices.  All the team are adhering to the advise of constant washing of hands and sanitising and any staff that feel unwell will be told to stay at home and self isolate as per the Government guidelines.

We have stopped meetings and demonstrations at customers premises and any appointments at our premises have been cancelled.  Any cold callers will not be granted access to the building.  Our team here in Sittingbourne’s safety comes first however we also want to ensure our customers receive the same first class service they are used too.  Internationally we communicate with many customers via Skype so if any of our customers have any questions and need a demonstration these can be done by Skype, Facetime etc.

We ensured stocks were high when we moved everything in house ready for Brexit so our supply chain should not be affected and we feel we will be able to easily deal with any disruption or delays if they occur.

We are monitoring the situation daily and of course are acting on any recommendations from the UK Government and WHO.   As an international company we are also monitoring what other countries are affected by lack of transport etc and we are doing everything we possibly can to assist customers in those areas to get orders to them.   We hope you all stay well and safe at this exceptional and extreme period of time.
