This product has been specially formulated for us by Teak specialists. This new system can be used on any teak decking or furniture. Grey, dull areas can now be transformed back to its original form when new.
Without care and attention your teak decks will lose their rich colour and turn grey which will give a dirty appearance. This will eventually turn green attracting mildew. Cleaning teak decks must be done in the correct way to avoid harm. Excess scrubbing and the use of power washes will remove the teaks natural oils which will reduce the life.
Our new Teakcare system will keep your decks looking great during the boating season. To maintain the finish use our Teak Sealer for lasting colour. In warm climates you can expect up to 6 months before colour deterioration commences.
Our AGlaze Synthetic Teak Sealant has been developed to protect synthetic teak such as Dek-King, Permateek and Flexiteek from stains such as oil from crisps in the cabin areas. The Synthetic Teak Sealant is a water based spray and is easy to apply.
These pictures show a boat in Australia that has been using our teak sealer with great results lasting longer than any other product that he had tried. A full season with no deterioration.
Bought AGlaze teak treatment at the boat show. Pricey but they convinced me it would work.
Having been conned into all sorts before, I’m staggered at just how well. Only thing to watch – don’t touch any vinyl, especially white seats, with the stuff on your gloves as it stains it and is hard to remove.
It’s a two part treatment, the first lifts the grime and the second bleaches it – you have to do a patch at a time as I have done in the pic. No hard rubbing, it was really easy with a pan scourer.
There were all sorts of stains on the teak, some spilt diesel and hot nandos barbecue sauce were the worst. It was drying nicely too but was still too damp to photograph when I left.

Process 1
A cleaning solution which will clean deep into the surface of the teak without harming the timber.
Process 2
A neutralizing solution is then applied to finish the cleaning process and neutralizing process. The deck is then washed with fresh water and allowed to thoroughly dry. 1 Litre will clean up to 15sqm.
All teak products including garden furniture, decking, flooring etc can be cleaned to look brand new. Products can be diluted where teak is not in bad condition but needing to be freshened up.
The following will also be required: Rubber gloves, green scouring pads and a stiff brush.
AGlaze Teak Sealant
The AGlaze Teak Sealant is a new addition to the range. Available in 500ml it is simply brushed onto the teak once it has been cleaned and renovated with the teak care kit.
Teak decking after being treated with the Teak Sealer will last up to 6 months before discolouration will commence. Our product has been tested in warm Asia climates which have proved very successful results. Apply thereafter to maintain the colour and protection from UV rays.
